Since retiring from the police in February 2006 I have started my own business delivering driver training to all skill levels, from very beginners to company drivers and even high speed response drivers for both the police and fire service. I believe I can make a significant improvement to your drivers ability and accident records, making life safer for employees and public alike in addition to reducing insurance claims, vehicle down time and even fuel consumption ( a major consideration these days!). I am here to help. Text Box: Flexibility is the key! All my courses are tailored to suit the needs of my clients and can be designed to fit into your common working practices. Take a look at your company accident records and you will find that a large proportion of your claims relate to minor bumps and scratches whilst the vehicle was either parked or manoeuvring. The next largest area will be rear end shunt type incidents. These and other areas of driver behaviour can be improved considerably with the correct assessment and development. It may be possible to provide that assessment and development as the employee goes about their normal daily work, thus saving their down time, and you money. I can cover eco-driving, saving fuel, cost (and the planet) in addition to defensive driving (collision avoiding) techniques. For those wishing to up their skill level I can provide advanced driving development too. I am able to include skid - pan instruction as part of a development programme if required. (highly recommended!) I provide a risk assessment and full report detailing the training given and progress made, as well as a certificate of completion for each candidate.
